How to Order on www.chasuble.co.uk?
Our firm is based in FRANCE (registered firm number 442 236 071 00050) in LILLE (North France). We visit our English clients every month on appointment only. We receive our clients in Lille too.
1- You can order and pay on-line in our shop with PAYPAL (5% fee)
2- Contact us to check for stock availability. For antique items we need to check that the item is still available. For brand new items we will check if it is in stock, and if not, what the expected delivery date would be.
3 - If you are interested in placing an order for something 'non-standard' or made to order, please give us full details of your requirements so that we can provide you with a quotation.
4 - All prices exclude delivery. Please inform us of the delivery address & we will provide a quotation for packing & delivery as required.
5 - Once you have reached a final decision on your purchases, including delivery charges, payment may be arranged. See payments section below for details of possible payment methods. Please also read our returns policy information below before confirming your order.
6 - When your cleared payment has been received by us, your order will be dispatched (or work commenced on making your items 'to order' as agreed).
7 - WE SHIP ONLY THE ITEMS TOTALLY PAID
8 – YOU CAN RESERVE AN ITEM : in this case a first payment is required (10% of the item with a minimum of 100 euros or équivalent in your currency). This amount is definitely kept for us : in case of desistment no refund available.
Payment Methods
Usual currency is £. But we accept USD, CAD, AUSD and EUROS (rate of the day of our bank)
We accept payment by any of the following methods:
1. PAYPAL (add 5% fee)
2. French Cheks ONLY
3. Bank Transfer direct to our account - please ask for details of where to make the payment.
4. For customers who visit personally, cash (EUROS or USD or POUND STERLING a our rate of the day) may be accepted.
5 – CUT PAYMENT : payment in several issues is possible (3% fee). The items are delivered with the last issue. In case of desistment, we keep the first payment issue.

Returns Policy
1 - Any defects, damages or shortages must be notified in writing within seven days of receipt of the goods.
2 - We will undertake to replace any goods which arrive damaged or short delivered, or to arrange the return of such goods and a refund of payments (with 100 £ fee) made ONLY if you have taken an insurance on your shipment.
3 - Where items have been made specifically to order, we will not accept any returns or exchanges unless the goods arrive faulty or are clearly not to the agreed specifications.
4 - Where a deposit is paid in advance against goods made to order, this is non-refundable in the event of the order being cancelled, unless www.chasuble.fr is unable to deliver the final product as agreed.
Prices & Terms
1 - All prices are quoted in GB£.
2 - Prices quoted exclude any postage & packing charges that may be applicable. (insurance must be taken in case of non delivery or damages)
3 - Please ask for quotes for delivery of particular items, stating the country & area of delivery.
4 - VAT is not applied to our new items
5 - Our second hand stock does not attract VAT.
6 - The customer is liable to pay any import duty which may be levied by governments or customs during the transportation of your order.
